Terms of Service

Welcome to FrameFlow ("we", "our", the "Service"), available at getframeflow.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FrameFlow provides video templates, a plugin for After Effects / Premiere Pro, and credit-based AI generation tools (image, video, voice, sound effects).

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and verify it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Sharing your account with others beyond the limits of your plan is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (Pro and Studio) and payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record: it accepts the payment and itself calculates, collects, and remits any applicable VAT/sales tax to the relevant tax authorities. Your card details are processed by Lemon Squeezy and we never store them. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Credits

AI generations consume credits. Monthly credits included with your plan reset each billing period and do not roll over to the next month. In addition, you can purchase one-time credit packs separately — these are also sold through Lemon Squeezy; purchased credits are added to your account and are preserved (not lost) at the monthly reset.

5. Content and license

• Templates downloaded under an active plan may be used in personal and commercial video projects.
• The output of your AI generations belongs to you — subject to the terms of the third-party model providers.
• Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging templates or generated materials as a competing product is prohibited.

6. Contributors

Contributors apply for an account, are reviewed by our team, and grant FrameFlow a license to distribute their approved templates to subscribers. Contributor payout terms are agreed separately.

7. Acceptable use

Using the Service to create illegal, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt the operation of the Service, or to circumvent plan limits is prohibited. This includes, among other things, sexualization of minors, likenesses of real people without their consent (deepfakes), and other unlawful material — such attempts are blocked.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
