FrameFlow respects third-party copyright and removes infringing content in response to valid claims. If you believe your work is being used in the FrameFlow catalog without permission, send a notice following the procedure below.
1. Designated agent
Contact for copyright claims: [email protected]. You can also fill out the form below — it goes directly to the moderation team.
2. What a takedown notice must include
- Identification of the infringed work (what is protected).
- The location of the infringing material on FrameFlow (template name, URL, or ID).
- Your contact details (name, email).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Confirmation that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder (or their authorized representative).
3. What we do
Upon a valid notice, we remove the template in question from the catalog/downloads (takedown) and notify the uploader. Repeat infringers' accounts may be terminated.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice via [email protected] — include the material and a good-faith statement supporting its reinstatement.
5. Report an infringement
Fill out the form below. False claims may lead to liability.
