Refund Policy

Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy; any applicable VAT/sales tax is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy. This policy applies together with Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.

Subscriptions (Pro / Studio)

• Within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, you may request a full refund, provided you have not used a substantial portion of the included credits.
• Renewals may be refunded within 14 days of the billing date if the new period's credits have not been used.
• Cancelling stops future charges; access and remaining credits are kept until the end of the period.

The terms above apply equally to Pro and Studio subscriptions.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs: if none of the purchased pack's credits have been used, the pack is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once credits from the pack start being spent on AI generation, the pack becomes non-refundable, as compute costs are incurred immediately. The final terms are shown at the time of purchase.

How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] from your account's email address with your order number (on your payment receipt). Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
