1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, password hash.
• Usage data: template downloads, imports, AI generation history, credit balance.
• Content you provide: prompts and reference files you submit for AI generation; templates uploaded by contributors.
• Payment data: processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We never store card details.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service (authentication, downloads, AI generation), send transactional emails (verification, password reset, application decisions), prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

3. Content moderation

For safety and legal compliance, prompts, reference files, and generation outputs may pass through automated moderation. Strictly prohibited content (for example, sexualization of minors or non-consensual deepfakes) is blocked and logged for review.

4. Processors

We use trusted processors: our Merchant of Record and payment processor Lemon Squeezy, Google Cloud (hosting, storage), Cloudflare (CDN, hosting), Resend (transactional email), and the AI model providers that process your prompts and references for generation (fal.ai, Google Vertex AI, ElevenLabs). Depending on configuration, a content moderation provider may also be used.

5. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account yourself in account settings — personal data is then anonymized and access is revoked; backups are purged within 30 days. Financial records (payments/revenue) are retained in anonymized form as required by law. Questions/support: [email protected].

6. Cookies and storage

We use a session token and localStorage for your settings. There are no third-party advertising trackers.

7. Your rights

In account settings you can export your data as JSON (portability) and delete your account. You can also request access/correction at any time via [email protected].
